Who we are
NORTE is an independent branding studio based in Colombia. This page explains what data we collect through norteagencycol.com and how we use it. For any question write to norteagencycol@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us in the quote builder: name, email, company or brand name, project description, selected services or package, timeline, notes and any reference files you attach. We also store the quote number and the estimated value generated by the calculator.
How we use it
Your data and references are used only to prepare your quotation and reply to your request. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for advertising and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Reference files
Attachments are stored in a private bucket. They are never published, and access links are temporary and limited to the studio.
Retention and deletion
We keep requests for as long as needed to quote and, if the project goes ahead, to deliver the work. You can ask us to delete your data and files at any time by writing to norteagencycol@gmail.com; we will confirm within 5 business days.
Cookies and analytics
The site stores your language preference (EN / ES) in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 you can access, correct, update or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent at any time.
